Warranty Terms & Conditions

Innodesk Products are covered under the Innodesk standard Products Warranty. The warranty is valid from the date of final installation, commissioning of the ordered products to the original End User and is non-transferable. End User means the final purchaser acquiring the products from Innodesk for his own use and not for resale or distribution.

A product is considered under warranty for manufacturing related and functional damages (Hydraulic, Base and wheels for chairs), and does not cover damages caused due to physical mishandling and damages caused due to transport of the product from the original premises to some other premises or location. 

A copy of the original invoice to be maintained by the customer to claim the warranty. 

User is expected to follow assembly instructions and clean and maintain products as per the guidelines provided by Innodesk

Damages caused due weather changes, calamities, act of god , force majeure are not covered under the warranty

Do's

Only industry standard equipment to be used over the desk 

Clean furniture with industry standard tools and liquid only

Use glass related parts with utmost care

Any changes in the product specifications to be done by a Innodesk technician only

Dont's

Dont used sharp objects on the furniture

Avoid sitting on the desk surface

Dont use any harmful liquid to clean the furniture

Cover furniture while painting walls at site or home

Return and Refund Policy

We at Innodesk take great pride in the quality of our furniture and pay great attention to detail, construction and finish. We carefully inspect every piece and we recommend you to do the same upon receipt of your furniture. If you have ordered an Innodesk item, you are entitled to return your purchase within 24 hours of arrival for damages on arrival. 

Physical damages during transport will be covered by replacing the furniture with a new unit, in case of functional issues it will be corrected by a part replacement of that particular part

We ask you to return the product in its original packaging. Usage, transport cost will be borne by innodesk in such case. Please contact the store, where you have made your purchase, and they can assist you with the return process.

At Innodesk we do not offer refunds for order cancellations, Please chose your products after exploring our offerings to match your requirements. Order can be upgraded or changed before the shipment of the furniture only.

Once the furniture is shipped from Innodesk no cancellations can be entertained.

GST Invoice

We hereby certify that our registration certificate under the GST (Telangana) is in force on the date on which the sale of the goods specified in the tax invoice is made by us and that the transaction of sale covered by the tax invoice has been effected by us and it shall be counted for in the turn over of sales while filing of return and the due tax if any payable on the sales has been paid or shall be paid

All disputes are subject to Hyderabad Jurisdiction.
